Saturday, January 10th, 2009I currently take 500mg of doxycycline everyday (one pill at breakfast, one at dinner) to treat my acne. It’s moderate acne, but not awful, but very persistent and seems to be getting worse and spreading. What would happen if say, maybe I slipped in an extra pill everyday at lunch, so it would boost me up to 750mg? Would that potentially have any harmful consequences or would it do me any good?
